Can I get a drive to work licence?

Unfortunately not. If the Court takes your licence away you cannot get a drive to work licence. You will have to make alternative arrangements for work, even if you depend on your licence to make a living.

The important point to remember about the likelihood of retaining your licence directly relates to the type of offence, the quality of your case preparation and your lawyers chosen defence strategy. If your Barrister representing you has the required experience in defending these cases and understands what course to take in defending you before the magistrate, it is likely you will not need to worry about losing your licence because you will keep it and only pay a fine.
